Away to the Renaissance!

I spent the day at the Renaissance Festival. There were baby dragons, sword swallowers, awesome bagpipers and drummers, jousting tournaments, and mutton legs to eat. But the best thing for me was seeing the Minotaur there! Can you guess why? ;-) Can I take him home? I mean, who doesn't love a big fuzzy minotaur? Drums -- no drums! Drums -- no drums! Did you know there are castles in the United States? I visited one this year. True, it wasn't quite like some of the castles you hear about in Europe, but it was still pretty cool. And by cool, I mean it was huge, had a gazillion rooms, had stone steps and great wooden doors, and even had a knight in shining armor.
